Compensation: You’ll be offered on a local / expatriate basis depending on the candidate with a corresponding competitive package.
Job Location：Shanghai

Job description:
1.        To assist our clients in developing effect safety regimes within environments where our surveyors work.
2.        To manage the PPE ordering process, ensuring the appropriateness of PPE supplied, and it’s prompt delivery.
3.        To proactively work out and encourage all staff to identify and report Near Misses
4.        To organize the China Safety Forum, and liaise with other interested parties.
5.        Monitoring the completion of workplace inspection corrective actions.
6.        Investigation of HS&E incidents, and application of preventative actions.
7.        To Deliver safety training and awareness sessions internally and externally
8.        Liaising with and supporting local first aides and fire wardens.
9.        To continuously review the Risk Register and escalate proposals for update as deemed necessary

Qualifications and Experience:
1.        Bachelor Degree or above in Engineering, Risk Management or related subjects
2.        Five years minimum working experience in Occupational Health & Safety.
3.        Ten Years minimum industrial experience
4.        Good knowledge of Chinese regulations, codes and standards for HSE, preferably also knowledge about international codes
5.        Fluent in English (CET 4 or equiv.) and Mandarin.
6.        Experience in Project Management an advantage
